We are looking for Executive Chef As the Executive Chef, we rely on you to Be responsible in leading the Culinary Division ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing profits, enforcing quality standards, and maintaining the high level of colleagues’ engagement and guest satisfaction.
Ensures the quality of food and beverages provided in all restaurants and bars are consistent, meet the hotel standard and exceed guest satisfaction Leads all menu planning and theme events design generating to business profitability Enforces talent management initiatives and develops the team of culinary professionals Maintains a reliable working relationship with internal business partners and external stakeholder to achieve business goal We are looking for someone who are / have : 5 to 8 years relevant experience in hospitality and / or Food and Beverage industry At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity with a luxury hotel group Expert knowledge of kitchen operations with strict controls on HACCP procedures Knowledgeable with the local and international trends and market Graduate from a reputable Culinary Arts school or Hotel Management school Excellent communication skills in English and any other foreign language (oral and written) Team-
