This exciting opportunity has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the total finance strategy of the hotel.

    Join us as Human Resources Administrator / Coordinator . You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be thecentral point of contact for data collection, co-

    ordination of HR programs such as colleagues surveys, colleagues recognition, performance appraisals, etc. including follow-

    up and reporting of results; and provide limited analysis and summary of data as requested; process new hire paperwork; and perform a variety of administrative support duties.

    You will possess a warm and welcoming personality. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player.

    Qualifications

    The successful applicant will have a minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.

    Key requirements :

  • HR Coordinator work experience in 5 star Hotel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to details
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Have a warm, welcoming and friendly approach
  • Team worker
  • Ability to work under pressure
