About Your Job :
In this role, you will principally be responsible for measuring and articulating the performance of Crew Resources against a set of KPIs to all key stakeholders.
The role is providing detailed analyses, assisting the budget preparation and performance reporting on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Specific accountabilities include :
making and tracking departmental performance
parametric techniques etc.) to analyse and optimise operational data
About You :
To be effective in this role you will need a relevant bachelors degree (preferably with a major in mathematics, statistics or operational research) combined with at least four years of relevant experience.
You will need project management, financial management and budgetary experience. Knowledge of programming languages and an understanding of crew resource planning processes, theories and methodologies would be well regarded.
