Job description

The key position of the ınternational sales process of our luxury real estate projects in İstanbul which is developed by Keleşoğlu Holding.

Keleşoğlu Holding is established in 1979 a Turkey based construction company leading luxury property market, creating high-grade projects.

  • have built 35 projects
  • delivered approximately 9.300 keys.
  • develop housing, shopping mall, commercial and mixed projects.
  • The major Project of Keleşoğlu Holding is Deniz Istanbul, The unique town of İstanbul with marina. Deniz Istanbul is the greenest project of İstanbul by %79 green area ratio.

    Project has 1.500.000 square metre of land and offering a town concept with facilities more than needs and wants of consumers.

    Candidates is seeking will be engaged in foreign sales activities of this unique project.

    Qualifications :

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Engineering or Architecture,
  • Very good knowledge of Arabic and English,(fluent in speaking and writing)
  • Having at least 5 years of sales experience in areas related to property sales,
  • Experienced in coordination of sales team, having competencies to manage team,
  • High communication and persuasion skills,
  • Team work prone, Solution & Result-oriented, Prezantabl.
  • Care for the appearance,
  • Experienced in regional management in sales,
  • To be able to manage the sales process with financial and mathematical knowledge,
  • Eager to work with Salary + Premium system,

  • To contribute to the company's customer development goals and strategies in the responsible area QATAR,
  • To take actions to gain new customers, to realize sales targets and to plan sales campaigns in this direction,
  • To develop himself / hershelf and his / her team related to the project,
  • To plan and implement sales increasing acticities by taking into account customer needs, wants and market structure,
  • Customer / potential customer visits,
  • To follow the sales strategies of competitors in the responsible area
  • Communicating with potential customers via telephone or mail, keeping customer traffic alive,
  • Taking part actively in the company's sales marketing activities,
