Jaidah Group is looking for a Shell Lubricants Manager in our Independent After Market Department. Main responsibility is to manage the sales, marketing and technical functions to ensure efficient, effective, profitable and economical services in Lubricants Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the activities of the sales, marketing and technical team in order to execute an efficient service to all customers.
Establish goals and performance measures for the team in order to facilitate their development
Understand, implement and execute account strategy into each segment operation
Influence local account management to embrace and implement growth strategy and look for profit gaps to target in the future.
Monitor ongoing department performance, review monthly operating and financial results and investigate and report on variances against department budget targets
Analyze performance and conduct local business reviews showing the value being created.
P&L accountability for the whole business activities.
Knowledgeable of all product lines, business models and marketing support of Shell full family of brands.
Establish and grow local and district level relationships with customers to achieve growth and profit targets.
Provide customers with consultative services, hold training & trading events. Maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge of Shell lubricants to ensure good service to customers
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply to meet customer requirements
Report to principal on sales, stocks, orders and market dynamic.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required
Degree in Chemistry / Mechanical Engineering subject
10 years’ experience in marketing lubricants , of which 5 years should be in a management position
Technical knowledge of lubricants
