Job Location

The role is based in Doha, Qatar lookingafter Millennium Plaza Doha, Millennium Hotel Doha, Copthorne Doha andKingsgate Doha.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead theplete Learning &Development (L&D) activities in your property.
  • Lead Millennium & Copthorne, MEA (M&C) Onboarding processand tools for new hires in your property.
  • Conduct quarterly L&D Needanalysis and prepare quarterly plan to ensure L&D work on the real’business needs.
  • Conduct Off-Job Training programmefor all the colleagues in-line with the M&C, MEA Off-Job training library.
  • Write In-house training programmeas per the business needs in line with M&C Group Training skills programme.
  • Lead and coach On-Job Trainers andmonitor On-Job Training activities through the tools provided by the M&C, MEACorporate Office.
  • Improve the effectivity of off-JobTraining programmes through coaching and regular follow ups.
  • Together with Human Resourcesdepartment lead the performance management process of your property and supportdepartments in implementing their Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Recruit Interns and ManagementTrainee in line with the L&D Policy.
  • Timely submit Monthly L&DCalendar and L&D Report to the M&C, MEA Corporate Office.
  • Measure and Monitor telephonestandards, guest feedback, mystery shoppers report and support the businesswith development activities.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in human resources or hotel managementwith a minimum of 4 years relevant managerial experience gained with a sizeableluxury establishment in hospitality, airline, or retail industry
  • A proven record in aplishing multipleassignments and generate analytical management reports in formulating trainingclasses and programmes
  • Creative, energetic, and highly self-driven
  • Distinctive team facilitation,munication,presentation, and report writing skills
  • Well versed inputer applications
  • Fluentmunicate in English with guests,colleagues and management in a professional manner.
