The Training Executive provides support in the development, implementation and evaluation of the company’s learning and development, career path and succession planning programs, projects and activities.
University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration or similar discipline.
Technical Skills :
Well-developed professional HR knowledge and expertise in own area.
Good knowledge on traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-
learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent knowledge in training module design and development.
High level understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
2-3 years experience in a similar field.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Technical ability and knowledge of computer software and hardware.
