The purpose of the position is to supervise, manage, and coordinate engineering resources to deliver the desired results for a project.
The position serves as the focal point and key liaison between Project Management and Discipline Leads for a project.
Required Experience / Competencies :
At least 20 years of hydrocarbons Engineering Experience.
At least 10 years hydrocarbons offshore engineering experience including 3 years as a Project Engineering Manager or Project Engineer.
Minimum of 5 years Project Engineering / Project Engineer experience.
PreFeed, FEED and Detailed design experience.
Engineering Supervision and leadership skills (management / leadership experience, ability to direct and influence a team, exceptional performance with regards to all aspects of communication, proven ability to delegate work, good judgment and ability to make good decisions, ability to mentor and steward individuals, effectively deliver performance feedback).
Planning / Analysis / Coordination skills and experience (analyze existing systems / procedures and recommend solutions and lead improvement strategies, prioritization of work, coordinate change, implement procedures / procedural change, follows up on planned work and changes).
Well rounded understanding of all key hydrocarbons engineering disciplines
Works well with others, proven focus on execution, strong commitment to quality and safety
Middle East Experience desirable.
Qualifications Engineering Degree (Completed on full time basis)
