Job Specifications :
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall restaurant performance including guest dining and bar experience, business volume, colleagues’ management and productivity to achieve the financial results and outlet standard.
She is responsible for guiding all service and bar colleagues’ assigned in the outlet.
She adheres to food safety and health standards of the outlet and ensures team compliance. She must also have experience liaising with agencies for contracting artists, door management, database management, and event promotions.
Job Qualifications :
The Outlet Manager must be motivated, proactive, vibrant, innovative, and desires to delight our guests and colleagues. She must have good business rapport in a multicultural environment and strong drive for result.
S / he must also be updated with the latest beverage, mixology, and food trends. Chinese cuisine knowledge and experience would be an added value.
She is required to have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the same capacity or as a Club Manager in a gateway city (preferably in a luxury hotel, in Middle East or in Asia).
Excellent communication skills in English and have the computer skills (e.g. Excel, Power point, word, requisitions system, etc.).
