Under the guidance and supervision of the F&B Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for all service matters including the guest satisfaction, the control of the service flow, scheduling the team associates in a proper manner, control of the profitability, breakages, hygiene, safety and training matters in his area of operation
Prepares the Outlet’s Weekly Rosters.
Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere in where personnel can work with maximum productivity and happily.
Fills out the Requisition Forms for necessary F&B items and materials from storerooms.
Attends the F&B meeting or any other meeting instructed by Food & Beverage Office.
Trains continuously his staff (behavior, suggestive selling, service skills, knowledge, etc.)
Makes sure all operation equipment are cleaned and polished on a sufficient amount for the operation.
Prepares daily log book with details.
Experience in a 5 stars hotel.
Very good communication skills
Fluent English speaking.
Responsible and believes in team work
Efficiency in performing job tasks, Multifunctional, Self-motivation
