As short-term internship programme is available for students who are interested in
gaining work experience during their vacation, or those wishing to undertake an
internship as part of their study programme graduation requirement.
During your internship with Finance department you will be booking of vendor invoices in Oracle System, following up with end users to approve the invoices if required, following up with vendors to provide further details if required, handling and booking of invoices that are exceptions to PO process after obtaining relevant approvals, handling and booking of employee expense claims, travel and business claims etc.
handling vendor registration in the AP system after obtaining appropriate, complete, and verified supporting documentation, timely and organized filing of all documentation such as invoices, vouchers, claims, payment advices etc, supporting in any other transactional AP tasks as required by management from time to time
