KINDI Center for Computing Research
KINDI is a research center in the college of engineering that promotesquality research programs in the vital area of computer and informationsciences and engineering by leveraging existing local and internationalpartnerships to foster and provide supportive infrastructure forcollaborative multidisciplinary research.
The lab leverages partnershipswith external organizations while promoting the use of information andcommunication technologies (ICT) while supporting the national researchstrategy, which recognizes the area of Computer Science and ICT as oneof its four thematic pillars.

Duties and Responsibilities
The KINDI Center for Computing Research at Qatar University (QU)isseeking applications for a research faculty position at the levelofassistant, associate or full professor in cyber security.
Earned adoctorate degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closelyrelated field, froman internationally recognized university andoutstanding researchprofile in cyber security, is required.
Theappointed candidate willfacilitate and contribute building researchprograms in the area ofcyber security.The candidate is expected to :
Candidates must have doctorate degrees in computer science,computerengineering, or a closely related field from aninternationallyrecognized university and outstanding research profile incybersecurity, and must demonstrate :
1. Current Curriculum Vitae.
2. Cover letter.
3. Teaching, research, and service philosophy.
4. Three referees’ contactinformation (physical and email addresses as well their telephones contact).
5. Copy of highest earnedcredential(transcript of highest degree if graduated from an institutionwhere course work was completed.
However, if no course work wascompleted, and copy of certificate letter from the registrar of yourhighest credential granting institution regarding your highest academic degree).
