About Your Job :
The Sales Specialist Al Maha Services will be responsible for the sales activities of Al Maha Services. This includes and is not limited to, assisting with implementation of the sales strategy of Al Maha Services to influence walk-
ins, corporate clients and internal divisions within QR Group to utilise Al Maha Services at Hamad International Airport (HIA).
He / She will be accountable for consistent profitable growth in Al Maha Sales revenues and will be required to contribute on strategic departmental plans with a focus on increasing brand awareness, minimizing cost and driving revenue.
About You :
To be successful in this role you will need a relevant College of University qualification to min. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
A Degree in sales, market research or hospitality is an advantage. You will have a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience ideally in front line sales within the hospitality industry and have previous experience in managing a team of professionals in a front line customer facing area.
You will have the ability to provide statistical and analytical reports and execute enhancement plans based on findings and you will have the ability to assess and evaluate service delivery provision in order to measure customer satisfaction and propose / suggest improvements to raise service levels.
You will have excellent command of the English language (Arabic is desirable but not mandatory), be able to rectify issues with ease and avoid escalation to next level, have managerial skills-
able to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
