Jaidah Group is looking for 3 Receptionists for the Fitness Center. Main responsibility is to ensure our members and guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

Fitness Center


  • Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk related activities whilst building rapport with all members.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check new members into the system.
  • Follow new member sign-up procedures.
  • Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Manager as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Operate the CRM management tool and manage scheduling of clients and trainers.
  • Answering the company telephone and advising enquiries accordingly via mail / telephone.
  • Making sales calls to prospective clients and engaging new leads.
  • Monitoring the booking system to ensure its smooth operation.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to the team by assisting, scheduling and proving necessary documentation and materials.
  • Maintain records of all guests to the gym.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • To actively promote and sell the various memberships we have available.
  • Alert and contact clients whose packages have expired.
  • Improve efficiency of service and uphold a strong client relationship with all members to ensure renewals and high satisfaction rates.
  • Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
  • Manage the door entry and exit system effectively.
  • The gym will operate 7 days a week from 6am-10pm on average, the receptionist will be working on a shifting schedule.


  • Relevant certification or diploma / background in customer service

  • 3 5 years experience as Receptionist-related field / Fitness related industry

  • IT skills, including gym management operating systems
  • A passion for fitness & health
  • Computer literate
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively with Managers and colleagues
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and good judgment
  • Good command of CRM systems
  • Strong sales ability and lead conversion
  • Strong communicator
