About Your Job :

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a world class service to customers through the QE Team. This will include delivering customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-

term sales goals in line with the sales and marketing department’s strategy, standards and commercial policy. You will also be responsible for executing sales and marketing activities to reach both financial and quality targets.

Specific accountabilities include :

  • Researching, planning and developing market opportunities across all areas of the QE business
  • Benchmarking QE products against the market and developing a universal sales plan
  • Actively selling all QE services in conjunction with the business unit sales team, especially the executive jet charter products
  • Effectively leading a team to sell and deliver the Executive Jet product to customers from a commercial perspective
  • Ensuring the sales team are well monitored to achieve targets on a monthly basis
  • About You :

    To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelors level qualification combined with at least eight years of relevant experience.

    You will need aviation sales exposure, preferably in VIP, Luxury Goods, Private Jet, and / or First Class Airline with prior experience in top segment customer relations management.
