ROLE DESCRIPTION :
ensures the alignment of team priorities with broader best-run projects and programs in alignment with unit / SAP-strategy and initiatives.
May be the in-house expert on business topics or specific technologies. Works on business issues or advanced complex technical projects requiring state of the art technical, industry or business knowledge and concepts.
Directs the design, planning, and implementation of (business) development / change programs, policies, processes, standards and procedures or technologies.
Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs.
