  • InterContinental Doha islooking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We are lookingfor someone who can;
  • To identify new business opportunities, expanding market share, developing strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Solicits for businesses by conducting daily field calls, networking activities, correspondence via facsimile and email.
  • Facilitates sales activities of unit member to be in line with sales direction.
  • To take a proactive stance in all business servicing and solicitation, at all times displaying a professional conducted expected by the hotel.
  • Meeting business targets and contributes effectively towards overall Hotel Performance

    Ideally, you will haveat least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel complexmarket.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Education qualification or equivalent in related field
  • Preferably can speak Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be results-driven, with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data against key performance indicators
  • Leadership skills, particularly the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Be a solutions-focused team player with a can-do’ attitude
  • Superior time management and relationship building skills
