  • Follow Outlet policies , procedures
  • To assist in the recruitment of pastry kitchen cooks and training of all new cooks
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Ability top work well under pressure in a fast - paced environment
  • other duties as assigned
