Doha Your tasks and responsibilities Work as a receptionist in the front office to receive guests and direct them to the concerned person.

Maintain the record of all guests coming to the office and hand over Visitor badge and safety leaflet.

Attend all incoming telephone calls and do the needful i.e.

transfer the calls to the concerned person, take messages when necessary etc.

Daily preparing Cash & Cheque deposit slips (Pay-In-Slips) & handling over to Messenger to deposit in the bank.

Coordinate with travel agencies for air ticket bookings Medical insurance related follow-ups with AXA Insurance Enrolling New Employee, arranging for Cards, and invoices to Fin Dept.

Liaise with various hotels for reservations and provide assistance for business travel arrangements Prepare travel applications and expense claims wherever necessary and file the travel application Communicate and coordinate with company PRO for visa’s and ministry approvals when necessary Procure quotations and place orders for office supplies Actively handle various administrative tasks as and when required Monitor and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers and posts.

Maintain a pleasant approach to all guests and staff members.

Be presentable and tidy at the front desk.

Preparing invoice dispatch documents and maintaining records for the same.

Scanning Invoices to DOH Indexing and filing the Invoices Perform as a support function for Administration and Finance.
