About Your Job :
As Processes and Content Officer you will be responsible to analyze, evaluate and suggest improvements within existing and new process workflows in terms of efficiency.
Actively participate along with the respective user departments (internal customers) within Commercial in the implementation of new processes and services across the direct distribution channels within the global Qatar Airways network.
Also, re-valuate processes, policies and procedures to ensure that all legal requirements withing different geographical markets are met and implemented with optimal workflows to enable the Direct Distribution channels to offer a 5 star service, whilst keeping an economical efficiency focus on handling times.
About You :
To be successful in this role you must hold a relevant College or University Qualification to a minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent and have a minimum of 4 years of job-
related with hands on experience in Airline systems : Reservations and Ticketing. Experience in improving processes and documenting procedures needed as well.
You must have strong analytical skills with excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and comprehensive knowledge of all commercial processes.
