In those situations where a territory is too small to warrant the full-time attention of a Service Coordinator or Field Service Quality Control specialist, you take on those duties in addition to the duties of your role aspletions Service Leader.
Your emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction for long-term growth and profitability of your area of responsibility.
Interact with customers and supervise the activities ofpletions service and / or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
Manage facilities. Mentor and assess the performances ofpletions Service Specialists, Service Operators and Operator Assistants.

Related supervisory or management experience preferred.
