The primary function of the Legal Manager is effective risk management. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of astute, commercially aware legal advices to the business, to effectively handle legal risk within acceptable levels whilst facilitating outcomes that support the businesses strategic and operational objectives.
As a key member of the legal function team you will be required to take a dedicated leadership role in the business and seek to understand key strategic drivers of the company in order to enable the provision of appropriately tailored advice and maximise the value that the legal (and regulatory) function bring to the business.
Build a valued in-house support service that combines professional knowledge, expertise and experience with sound commercial / business acumen and an ability to realistically assess and communicate risk.
