About the Job : The will provide executive recruitment and sourcing services to identify suitable candidates for middle to senior management roles within the Qatar Airways Group, primarily at the middle management level or as required by business needs.
Will work directly with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Business Partners and Recruitment Delivery Managers to understand client needs and identify prospective candidates using a variety of tools such as cold calling, deep web search and social and professional networks.
Will also be responsible for market research and talent pipelining for relevant senior management roles.
About you : To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree or equivilant and a minimum of 5 years of job related experience.
Experience of working as a researcher within an executive search firm, professional recruitment agency or as an in-house head-
hunter. Global markets experience is important and you must have dealt with multinational companies, internationally-located candidates and / or a diverse range of Hiring Managers.
Excellent research and sourcing skills (including a thorough understanding of Boolean search techniques) will be necessary along with ability to identify pertinent market developments and share these with the Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Team.
