Role Summary :
Your responsibilities will include arranging meetings, appointments and travel itineraries for the AGM Retail. You will generate presentation material / graphics and business reports for reviews / meetings.
You must maintain strict confidentiality of office records, transactions, correspondences and proceedings. In addition to managing paper based and digital archives, you will handle incoming / outgoing mail, internal communications, business documents, faxes and courier service.
You will be educated to degree level with at least 3 years experience in a similar position. Experience of working in the banking sector is an advantage.
Multilingual (Arabic and English) speaking candidates are preferred.
You will be highly organised and methodical.
