To deliver small projects or work packages for customers, either independently or as part of a larger project or programme.
Validation and Control of Scope
Formally agrees scope of the project or work package and manages any variations in accordance with Change Control process.
Tracks and reports against project budget.
Planning and Control
Create project &resource plans gaining stakeholder buy in. Drives delivery against the plan and takes proactive actions to prevent any deviation.
Risk and Issue Management
Establish & maintains the Risk and Issue register identifying newrisks and response strategies. Implements mitigation where issues occur.
Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management
Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams. Communicates concisely using appropriate methods.
Governance & Methodology
Complies with Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle (VPDL) methodology and establishes appropriate governance regime with customer
