Job Specifications :
The Banquet Supervisor ensures the banquet colleagues are working together as a team and based on expectations. S / He communicates with guests, colleagues, and / or departments the guests requirement are met.
S / He responds and fulfills any special banquet event arrangements. S / He sets up banquet area / room / furniture / equipment, ensures cleanliness of the mentioned areas / items, and inspects colleagues grooming.
S / He also assists in administration and develops a positive working relationship within the team.
Job Qualifications :
The Banquet Supervisor must be physically fit, active, and pleasing personality. S / He is motivated, proactive, vibrant, and desires to delight our guests and colleagues.
S / He is also flexible, able to work long hours and assist other areas whenever needed.
S / He is required to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same capacity (preferably in a luxury hotel). It is a must to have a good command with English and Arabic language including Food Safety standard.
