About the Position :

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive AFGRE Doha Festival City Doha, Qatar to work within our mall management team.

In this role, you will assist to deliver Doha Festival City’s marketing strategy across the full digital portfolio including website, social media, paid media, in mall digital projects and future digital innovations.

The main duties within the role include the following :

  • Deliver / Implement DHFC’s social media strategy.
  • Work together with DHFC’s social media agency to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
  • Briefing our social media agency on all upcoming projects / campaigns.
  • Providing social media support to 400 retailers. This includes managing their expectations and establishing good relationship with their marketing team.
  • Reporting and analysis of all marketing campaigns on a monthly basis or every end of each campaign.
  • Monitor social media sentiment across networks to ensure positive brand tracking.
  • Track owned social media performance and that of our key competitors weekly.
  • Work together with our Media Agency to manage Pay-per-click campaigns, Display, and Paid Social Media plans including budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Facilitate banner development and assist marketing team on any technical related requirements from the media agency.
  • Ensure that all reports from our Agencies comes on time and proper analysis are done. Apply learnings to the next campaign if applicable.
  • Support in the implementation of DHFC’s SEO strategy.
  • Attend monthly SEO goal meetings and ensure that all action points are implemented on both Paid Media and Social Media.
  • Maintain and update the DHFC’s website to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.
  • Ensure that all pages are properly tagged in terms of descriptions and keywords in order to attain content visibility on both internal and external search engines.
  • Contribute to the continuous development roadmap of the website. Suggest potential features / functions that can further enhance both user experience and website traffic.
  • Monthly website analytics reporting.
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
  • Identify and meet potential digital partners. Look at the possibility of doing a joint digital campaign at DHFC.
  • Attend seminars / workshops / masterclasses that can further contribute to the overall digital transformation of DHFC.
  • In-depth monthly analysis and monthly presentations on performance and KPIs on all Digital Platforms including WIFI.
  • Analyze all data coming from DHFC’s data touch points and work together with the Regional Digital manager and the CRM team to perform data segmentation.
  • Manage DHFC’s WIFI backend system. Be the go-to person for any questions / queries in terms of the backend’s functionality / features.
  • Generate WIFI reports that can be used for strategy building, planning and any marketing / business related requirements.
  • Liaise with the WIFI and analytics solution providers for any issues that may come up on a day to day basis.
  • Contribute to the continuous development roadmap of the WIFI solution. Suggest potential features / functions that can further enhance both user experience and data generation.
  • Work on the complete integration of Website CMS and wayfinding CMS.
  • Liaise with the wayfinding solution provider for any issues that may come up on a day to day basis.
  • Manage DHFC’s wayfinding backend system. Be the go-to person for any questions / queries in terms of the backend’s functionality / features.
  • Be part on all regional digital projects and contribute to the overall success of all planned deliverables. Attend planning, brainstorming and requirements session if needed.
  • Update all stakeholders on the upcoming rollouts of all planned projects on a monthly / weekly basis.
  • About You :

  • To be a successful in winning this role, you must possess below attributes;
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media in an agency or consumer branding environment
  • Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop Doha Festival City
  • Broader digital marketing skills encompassing keyword generation, Pay-Per-Click marketing and banner advertising
  • Hands on SEO Experience within a Digitally focused role
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge in content management systems such as IBM WebSphere, WordPress, CodeIgniter and Drupal
  • A technologist. Ability to technically asses any potential digital or technology driven projects
  • Ability to read and understand data and being be able to generate insights out of it.
  • A good working knowledge of web analytics, Photoshop / Illustrator and HTML / CSS

  • Experience in stakeholder management
