Position : -
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an internationally recognized Hotel institution or equivalent, technical training / school and have a min of 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in an international first class hotel / resort.
We are seeking an individual who has current experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel restaurant. The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service, the ability to interact and connect with guests, strong food and beverage knowledge and keen business acumen.
