  • To establish, manage and maintain the relationship with a group of corporate customers related to Business Banking sector by delivering superior value through selling and cross selling of the bank’s products and services with the objective of achieving the bank’s business goals.
  • Identify and establish new relationships, consistent with the Bank’s strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Hold regular meetings with portfolio clients to introduce Bank products and services in order to maximize portfolio revenues and ensure that customers are satisfied with services received.
  • Act as main point of contact for all portfolios of customers in order to ensure appropriate servicing and effective resolution of issues.
  • Receive and deal with customer complaints and ensure that customer service objectives are met.
  • Work diligently to meet financial targets, prepare an Account Plan for each account, set account targets and detail a clear strategy for the account to maximise account’s revenues.
  • Maintain high compliance standards for Corporate Banking clients in terms of AML and KYC requirements in order to ensure regulatory requirements are met and satisfactory client relationships are established.
  • Profile existing and potential clients in order to identify overall banking needs and thus introduce clients to appropriate new products and services.
  • Monitor, review and manage lending portfolio performance, risk, and support collection activities.
  • Develop client credit proposals related to clients in the assigned sector and ensure that client requirements and quality standards are met before sending them to the Credit function for review.
  • utilization of credit facilities available to corporate clients by preparing new credit reviews, annual credit reviews, interim credit reviews and other credit proposals requesting approval of facilities for the client.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector preferably in an international bank and / or in leading regional bank.
  • Islamic Banking experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking operations, processes and market trends.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the region.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate products and services
  • Broad understanding of QCB regulations and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking industry.
