After Messaied plant expansion, QICC needs to develop customers base in Qatar, explore further business opportunities and develop beyond cables offers.
Purpose (Sum up the position using one or two sentences)
Create, develop and foster customers
Increase QICC customers base in Qatar
Promote QICC differentiation
Explore further business opportunities

Develop, organise and disseminate information on customers
Identify and target customers which include the market share and outcome should be detailed action plan to achieve the targets.
Implement local actions on the country’s dashboard
Manage and negotiate local contracts (in compliance with the overall strategy)
Carry out a weekly reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Prepare and conduct intensive market research and gathering of customer data / information, product development and distribution.
Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media.
Assess territory potential and realistic market share responsibilities.
Analyse the key revenue drivers of the business action plan to further enhance their contribution
Demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
Ensure that qualification files are completed for all targeted customers which also includes preparation of necessary marketing tools such as company brochures and other marketing materials.
Follow the company approval procedures with the end users for both consultants in Qatar as well as the export markets.
Manage regular visit to the current end users and consultants to collect upcoming project details and ensure that the company is on the approved vendor lists of their projects.
Propose , implement and execute MARCOM plan ( Marketing and Communication) as agreed during beginning of each year
Support strategic initiatives linked to sales
Define tools to facilitate business actions and measure the quality of Nexans delivery : Follow-up indicators Quality barometer (how often?
Which information to structure) Satisfaction survey
Disseminate to the Customer Support Unit the major trends and concerns to help improve quality, correct marketing plan and sales actions
Coordination with various internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure that customers needs are meet.
Follow action plan efficiency and propose corrective actions
Analyze quality criteria and alert on dysfunctions
Develop customer relationship to know intimately their future requirements
Organize and structure reports on customers
Source sales teams and market management with reports and data so as to improve efficiency

A minimum of 7-10 years Sales experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment) in GCC market
University or College degree in Engineering, Business

Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense
Arabic speaking is a preferable
