About your Job :
In this role you will develop the policies of the division congruent to the strategy of Cargo in conjunction with the department objectives and oversee the effective implementation of Quality Management System in Cargo.
Accordingly, you will ensure that all external regulatory requirements are complied with, and internal corporate policies and procedures are adhered to by all business units within Cargo.
You will also have to direct and control all functional support activities of the division from an effective implementation of industry e-
initiatives, adherence to mandatory training, management of Cargo- related contracts, budget performance, administrative support, formulation of commercial policies and procedures for efficient and effective processes.
Your main accountabilites will be :
About you :
you have minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a range of key commercial functions with a cargo airline or freight forwarder environment, managing large and diverse work groups preferably in a customer service environment with experience of major technology deliveries preferably in e-commerce.
You also have detailed understanding of the airline cargo value chain, of modern contact centre practices and of other quality programs.
