Responsible for the production and updating of Flight Deck Crew and Cabin Crew rosters based on available manpower as well as with thepany policies and QCAA regulations.
To be taken into consideration are : training, licenses, leave, qualifications, standby coverage, cost, fairness and consistency in allocation of duties, etc.
Create multidimensional innovative solutions in order to ovee manpower constraints. Ensure FTL reports are updated andmunicated to management and all roster relevant data is entered into systems used.
Crew Planning Officer shall be responsible formunication with operational Flight Deck Crew and Cabin Crew to ensure awareness of duties.
Answer questions and guiding aircrew regarding rosters. Reviewing and responding professionally to feedback from all management and Crew.
