As a Hotel Nurse / HR Administrator, yourkey responsibility will be to ensure that the highest standards of primaryhealth service is provided to all colleagues and if required, guests of thehotel.
You will arrange and ensure all colleague's medical are completed as perrequirement of local labour laws and colleagues are aware of company healthbenefits.
You will also be responsible for providing information and reports ofailments and of any accidents to the Director of Human Resources and / or HRManager and looking over colleague welfare.
Moreover, you will be responsibleto support Human Resources Department in ensuring theeffectiveness and efficiency in discharging all HR administrative functions.
