We are providing Program Management and Construction Management (PM / CM) services in support of rail, infrastructure and mixed use improvement programs across the Middle East including but not limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
The major components of these programs include rail, hospitals, schools, water treatment, and related infrastructure, along with safety, security, and environmental and sustainability services.

We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer for a short term assignment (7 months) for the Enabling Works package of a hotel project in Doha.
The Senior Planning Engineer will develop reports to be submitted to the Project Manager the progress of deliverables from Contractor and activities to monitoring the progress of the works and CSC resources.
Duties and responsibilities not limited to :
Support Project Manager in monitoring and reporting on the physical construction progress in accordance to Contractor schedule.
Planning / Reporting
Review and comment on Contractor’s Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report, including the status of Contractor’s log such as materials ,NCRs and WIRs.
Attend and actively participate on Monthly and Weekly Progress Meeting, technical submittals;
Preparation of Monthly Progress Status Report with an overview to the progress during report period in relation to Contractor’s original programme, and review CSC deployment resources in accordance, with recommendation if required.
Monitor Contractor’s look ahead schedule
Generation of CSC status report related to project progress and CSC resources.
Monitor, review and verify the Contractor’s Technical Submittal Schedule of Method Statement & risk assessment (RAMS), shop drawings, materials, samples, etc.
Oversee the preparation of LB’s Monthly Report including trend analysis of progress update related to submittals and others technical data including but not limited to :
Open / Closed and outstanding / pending items
Aging of outstanding items
Identification of owner of outstanding items
Delayed submittals for approvals
Cost / Commercial
Assist Project Manager in the review of Application for Payment from Contractor
Competent in Primavera P6
Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
Excellent oral and written English language
Qualified professional working under limited supervision capable of performing general technical works and manages projects or tasks of moderate complexity or less experience staff.
Full understanding of performance measurement methodologies, earned value techniques and project scheduling and cost management.
Significant experience with resource loading, cost management and estimating.
Relevant degree in an Engineering field from a recognized University;Minimum 10 years relevant experience;Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the Gulf region.
Industry Certifications in Project Management and Project Controls will be preferred
