About Your Job :
You will be responsible for all operational activities within the bond and stores department. Accountable for the management of the department in relation to cost control, resource planning, operational change management and reporting of KPI's and ensuring that the department remains completely compliant with the SLA's.
Accountable for all performance and improvement initiative and implementation. Coordinates with other departments to ensure all products sanitized and distributed on time.
Ensure all equipments are kept in service, minimizing the impact to the operations and service to the customer.
You will also require to work with the inventory planning team to monitor and control stocks to ensure par levels are maintained.
Organize the implementation of management instructions including customer services, aircraft catering delivery and handling, food safety, HACCP, health and safety.
Ensure department safety procedures are followed as per the laid down policy of the company and in compliance with customer audit requirements.
About You :
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Catering related, additionally a HACCP certificate will be a distinct advantage.
You will have a minimum 7 years of job-related experience within Airline Bonded Stores.
You must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and PowerPoint. You must have knowledge of procurement, stock control, equipment handling, operations and dispatch.
You must possess strong experience in store keeping, inflight operations and stock control. You should have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
Additionally as a key management role you must have the ability to train and develop subordinates' skills.
