Key Responsibilities Participate in and contribute to defining growth strategy and business projections including acquisitions and strategic alliances with phase wise implementation plans Conduct research on business planning trends and best practice in order to provide findings to the Director Asset Management thus aiding in the provision of suggestions and advice to management Conduct extensive research and provide inputs to the management as required on potential rental indices prevalent in the market Examine customer and competitor research data and industry trends to identify potential opportunities Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of database which serves as the central repository for all the information related to projects within the Our company Provide inputs to the Project Execution team as required for the development of operational plans which outline resources budget and timelines Remain abreast with local regional and global asset performance management trends and practices to provide Our company with informed and updated perspectives and fill any knowledge gaps Prepare market insight reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Our company requirements Perform any other adhoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the Director Asset Management as per the business requirements
