Qatar Airways is looking for s within the Doha Sales team to be based in one of our branches in Qatar and is coming to Bangkok, Thailand to hire you!
In this role your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares and issuing of tickets. You will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue.
In addition, you will liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s, special handling requests and other issues.
About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Tertiary, Trade or Vocational qualification with at least 3 years experience having worked in a Customer service role in an Airline, Travel, Hospitality or Hotel.
Reservations and ticketing knowledge and the ability to communicate in written and spoken clear English language is an advantage.
You will have good computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of world Geography and have relationship building ability.
You must also be required to have knowledge of IATA BSP ticketing and have attended an Airline Basic Tariff course / s.
You are a warm, cheerful, interactive, service-oriented person who can handle pressure and are good at dealing with customers over the phone or in person.
