About the Job :
We are looking for Bilingual / Arabic speakers Customer Services Agents with a natural flair of delivering unforgettable service at our Qatar Airways Customer Contact Center located in Doha.
As a Customer Service Agent you will deliver service excellence to Qatar Airways customers via telephone, email and fax.
You will need to respond professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds.
About You :
You must be fluent in Arabic & English languages, interactive, customer service oriented person with warm, cheerful and expressive personality.
Excellent communication skills are required.
You must hold at minimum High School Certificate. Ideally you will have knowledge of Amadeus reservation program, in addition to experience in airline or hospitality industry.
You must be fluent in English and Arabic, with a strong sense of customer satisfaction.
