JOB VACANCIES We are hiring for the following roles in the Front Office Department :

  • Receptionist
  • Telephone Operator
  • and Room Service Order Taker.
  • The team member will provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and ensure operations are run smoothly and efficiently.

    In addition the incumbent of the role will be required to demonstrate the fundamentals of the company’s WeCom! service culture to be responsive, respectful and deliver a great experience.

  • Ideally 1 to 2 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Excellent overall Guest Service Skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
