Job Description :
â€¢ Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience in key Dynamics AX 2012 modules (Finance, HR / Payroll
â€¢ Understand industry specific Business cycles for related modules.
â€¢ Highly skilled and 5+ years of Experienced in AX Functional area covering Modules Finance,
HR / Payroll ,
Procurement, Employee Self Service, ETendering
â€¢ Can Provide Customers Training on related modules
â€¢ Able to perform Customizations and Developments for Dynamics AX and Enterprise Portal
â€¢ Proficiency in X++ Coding, .Net and Morphx
â€¢ In depth familiarity in areas from Module Setup to closing cycles and re-conciliations.
â€¢ Suggest and implement leading practices and process improvements.
â€¢ Expert in defining requirements for software solutions
â€¢ Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
â€¢ Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members
â€¢ Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks
â€¢ Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work
â€¢ Ability to map and configure clientsâ€™ business requirements into Dynamics AX
â€¢ Prepare User Manuals, Training Material for Customers
â€¢ Perform Configuration / Process Flow Simulations to the customer
â€¢ Ability to work in a team environment and add to his teamsâ€™ knowledgebase and AX
â€¢ Minimum one end-to-end ERP implementation experience
â€¢ Client facing experience is a plus
â€¢ Must have handled at least 3 onsite implementations
â€¢ Must have implementation experience in GCC countries.
â€¢ Proficient communication skills
â€¢ Should have participated in all stages of lifecycle in multiple AX implementation projects
â€¢ Support developers as questions or issues arise.
â€¢ Possesses effective communication skills
