Functional Responsibilities :
Able to work without any assistance on all nine stations existing in Burger King Operation and maintain gold standards at all times.
All components of uniforms must be worn- BK Shirt, Trouser, BK Cap, Slip resistant enclosed black shoes, black socks, and name tag at all times while on duty.
Follow the company’s procedures, rules and regulations in terms of personal hygiene, safety, food handling and any others.
Implementing the Burger King 5-steps counter procedures, specially smiling to the customer.
Follow the instructions of Store Manager / in-charge on duty.
Willingly to cooperate to learn the new skills and procedures of the workstations to make sure that the undersigned understand exactly the procedures followed in every station.
Responsible to follow the right procedures while using equipments, tools, small wares and any other company assets in the restaurant.
To fully understand the company policies and procedures including the cash control procedures.
Carry out all other duties assigned by the supervisor / manager related to the job.
Strict adherence with the municipality laws, rules and regulations.
Strict compliance with the accommodation policies set by the company.
Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.
Avoid wastage of company resources & contribute towards better environment.
To protect company’s assets, resources, interest, image, information, data etc.
A team player having good communication skills in English
Ability to understand policies, procedures and relevant labor laws
Having good attitude and computer skills
