Job Description :
Works with the Management Group to define and implement the Company’s strategic plans and objectives. Coordinates on behalf of high level management for the development of Organization and Headcount Strategies and the development of Administrative Policies / Procedures.
Directs benchmarking studies. Reports and presents to the Board of Directors. Provides advice in the implementation of the Qatargas Management System.
Required Qualification :
BA in Business Administration / MBA or equivalent.
10+ years experience in International Business Administration, ideally within the Oil and Gas Industry, advantagous if familiar with Middle East region.
Fluency in English, Arabic would be helpful
