About Your Job :
In the role of Corporate Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible to manage the Remuneration and Benefits (R&B) programs specific business areas of Qatar Airways.
In relation to R&B, you will plan, develop, administer, interpret, and recommend program goals and objectives, policies, procedures, and courses of action.
The role will contribute to growth and profitability by ensuring that pay structures and benefits plans are competitive, and that they are designed and managed to attract and retain a top-quality workforce.
You will also be responsible to manage R&B programs through plan designs and strategy, analysis, cost containment, budgeting, compliance, auditing, reporting, communication while considering external competitiveness, internal equity and pay-
performance linkage to support the needs of the business and to ensure consistency in HR practices and high HR performance standards.
You will recommend R&B program goals and objectives that help provide a clear connection between the business and the Remuneration function.
Moreover, you will manage, develop and implement, R&B policies, processes and programmes, in line with local law & regulations, to create a consistent approach and to realise the objectives of the R&B field of organisation.
Identify trends and changes in employment practices and legislation and formulate key R&B policies. Identify and complete pay reviews, sharing best practices, in line with the R&B policies, in order to improve R&B processes within the country.
In addition to that, you will execute internal and external benchmarks and peer companies and consolidate and analyse the results, in order to achieve justified tactical R&B decision-
making.Support development of incentive and recognition schemes and processes to ensure that plans and initiatives are developed and implemented in line with the organisation, policies and guidelines and meet local requirements and legislation.
You will drive annual compensation reviews by participating in compensation / salary surveys and benchmarking exercises, collecting, analysing and maintaining results of research to maintain our competitiveness.
Formulate guidelines for and recommend to Senior Management with regard to the annual salary reviews and review salary adjustment proposals, based on R&B policies and developments in relevant legislation, aimed at consistent and competitive reward structure in line with the organisation, R&B guidelines.
Provide advice and counsel to business team leads on employee related remuneration and benefit issues. Partner with HR team members in managing and development appropriate HR processes and policies.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc reporting to support HR and company initiatives. Participate in the formulation of the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
Finally, you will oversee and supervise at least 1 employee, directing daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
About you :
You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources / Business Administration with a minimum of 7 years of related experience in compensation and benefits.
Experience in performing industry remuneration reviews, participating in market surveys and analysing results is essential.
