JOB PROFILE : General Manager is required for the overall direction of the company, while maximizing profitability and the efficient use of resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and vision to the organization.
Developing and evaluating short and long term and annual plans for the company.
Achieve goals of the annual strategic plan, with a specific focus on sales (revenue generation) and customer service.
Oversee and ensure high customer satisfaction at all times.
Directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies.
Provide structure for operating functions throughout the organization.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION :
5+ years experience in Switchgears Panel business .
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required, advanced degree preferred and
Business Management Degree.
Experience in Designs of Electrical Panels and Controls, in Sales and Marketing in the GCC market.
Boards Management level experience and business planning and financial oversight
Excellent inter-personal, communication, operational , and management skills
Able to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, maintaining effective and productive work relationships
Must be computer literate and an Arabic speaker.
