The role

Soft Services Co-ordinator

The Soft Services coordinator is responsible for the management of soft services that support the core business of the project throughout the transition phase and steady operations

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Responsible for the daily / monthly deployment of soft services supply chain partners that includes primarily the transition phase (pest control, soft landscaping, faced cleaning) and the Total soft services that covers security, waste management..etc
  • Ensuring all staff are vetted in accordance with Qatar statutory regulations.
  • Ensuring at all times that all onsite works are carried out safely and with due regard for others in accordance with HS&E procedures and instructions, contractual, legislative and local requirements
  • Implementing the best industry practices.

  • Requirements :

    Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 7 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Facilities Management Professional Certified or a member of BIFM.
