About Your Job :
As you will lead a team of Technical officers, Supervisors and Senior Technicians to coordinate all maintenance activities and new projects work to meet the operational requirements and quality goals set by HIA FM Management.
You will support the delivery of contract management and Assurance by completing audit activities, liaising with contractors and supervising team members with operational responsibilities.
Key accountabilities include and not limited to : -
To Manage Project gateway processes.
to be able to assess and evaluate the base line program schedule for projects.
to manage stakeholder and contractors
To prepare commercial and technical evaluation reports.
To assess and evaluate extension of time claims.
To broadly support in cost estimates.
You will be responsible for attending design workshops and prepare reports and MOM.
To ensure Maintenance integration and asset management process is followed and achieved.
To demonstrate skills to manage and lead a team of technical staff of minor works.
To be able to set department KPI’s in alignment with job role KPI’s.
About You : You should have bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of job related experience, awareness of airport operational constraints.
You should be have strong mentoring and coaching skills, train and develop subordinate’s skills and ability to foster teamwork among team member.
Experience in high rise preferred construction buildings, commercial, civil and infrastructure. Must have contractual end to end knowledge.
Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
