The 5 star hotel has 232 guest rooms and suites offering spacious amodation andfort.Facilities include an executive floor and lounge, ballroom and 5 meetings rooms equipped with the latest technologies.

The excellent dining options include an international restaurant, a new Asian concept, delicatessen, terrace cafe, lobby lounge and 24 hour room service, while the recreational facilities include a spa and well equipped gym.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
  • Informs on a daily basis the executive chef of all relevant information in operational and personal matters, including information which does not require the executive chef’s action.
  • Checks function sheets and sees that all food items for kitchen and special functions are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Ensures that hotel policies and procedures are followed.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a 5 star hotel or similar industry
  • Able to produce and train staff on different items
  • Able to design menus and maintain recipes
  • Have knowledge of Arabic, International, Asian and Deli dishes
