Our Client is a World Leader in Mission critical information system for Defense Security Aerospace and Transportation is currently looking for a Customer Logistic Support Officer willing to work under the following conditions Terms and Conditions for the role Location Doha Qatar Project SATCOM Sector Defense Sub Sector Satellite Telecom Type of Contract 1 Year Working Schedule 5 days 9 5 hours per week Mob Demob Provided Leave Ticket Provided Responsibilities Responsible for the overall supply chain management You will organize and monitor the repair dispatch and repair activities of the components As a Customer support officer you will act as a liaison provide product services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency in close cooperation with the Account Manager based in Doha Your mission will be to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction Mission Daytoday operational support of the customer in Doha Followup of Repair activities with the customer in close cooperation with the account manager Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Coordination with the AOG team based in Paris and on duty 24 7 Liaison with other departments such as Component Services AOG and Logistics Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures Controlling of return cycle for unserviceable Components from the operator to OEMS Liaise optimize and coordinate full order cycle with OEM Monitoring of request fulfilment and return performance Receive Inspect products for defects and damages and place incoming items appropriately Process package and ship orders accurately from the customer facility in Doha For that task you may be required to use the customer IT shipment system as well as OEMS system Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements The position will be based within customer s premises in Doha Judgment Criteria Integrate and interact positively with stakeholder s organization Quality of the Logistic Process flow and organization Quality of reporting Quality of communication Customer oriented
