  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves Key accountabilities and decision ownership
  • Working closely with Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
  • Ensurethat all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
  • Core competencies, knowledge & experience Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role for at least 5 years

  • Experiencein project management, from conception to delivery
  • ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools

    Keyperformance indicators max 3 :

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role at least 5 years
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

    Excellent presentation skills

    Excellent interpersonal& Soft skills

    Proficiency in MS Office
