Role Summary :
The role of the Customer Service Officer is primarily to be the first point of contact for any in branch for QNB's clients.

Whist providing excellent sales through service, will maintain the highest level of compliance in your day to day practise, recording where appropriate for internal and external audit purposes.
High School / Diploma. Experience of branch customer service in a major banking institution is advantageous.
